I am a retired man (steady pension as regular income) writer: artist: counsilor: who is seeking suitable private quarters. I have recent rental references. I have personal referrences as well, along with a verifiable and steady income; quiet, respectful, and clean. To foster trust I pay my rent in quarterly installments, not simply month to month. Out of town is suitable. In town is suitable as well, but rustic, rural living is what is preferred. Lease? Not a problem. Required tennant insurance? That is doable as well. No muss, no fuss.
