Position: Nail Salon Manager
Location: Kamloops, BC V1S 1J2
Wage: $40/hour – 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, Weekends
Start Date: ASAP

You will be responsible for the following:
• Supervise and support nail technicians and salon staff
• Schedule employee shifts and manage daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
• Train new staff and help improve team performance
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed
• Assist in hiring staff and managing team performance
• Keep records of sales and prepare simple reports
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a salon or customer service role
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team and solve problems
• Basic knowledge of salon services and products
• Organized and responsible
