1983 Triple E
rv type: travel trailer
$4,500 OBO. 1983 Renovated RV camper trailer. 21ft from bumper to end of hitch. 18ft floor space.
**ALL repairs were completed by Trade Professionals**

Perfect nomad trailer! Can be easily pulled with a large car or small truck. Everything apart from bathroom works as it should. Bathroom was used as storage only.

Husband and I lived in it over the fall season in Kamloops.
We started renovating it in the summer for long-term living/camping, but ran out of time to finish before winter hit.
Was still warm and comfortable after adding a new insulation behind the front end walls and ceiling. Tradesman used a mix of sheet and foam insulation.
Selling now because we found a great place for rent and no longer need it.

Features:
- LOTS of cabinet storage space
- Sleeps 6: x3 Double size beds
- Lots of Natural Light
- 5 burner stove
- Heater + AC unit
- Hot water tank + water pump
- x2 awnings
- Tires are in good shape
-x2 propane tanks
- Radio hook up
- Lights and hook ups all work.

Renovations: Fully renovated the main living space to enforce its structural integrity for long-term use.
**ALL repairs were completed by Trade Professionals**
- New, gorgeous ceiling
- New Built-in, folding bed/bench
- Resealed entire roof with silicone + Recalked all windows to prevent rain water damage
- Insulated the ceiling + all front-end walls
- Added structural framing inside walls to ensure long-term stability

Needs work:
- The bathroom shower/tub area. Walls are re-done but the floor still needs repair
- Side awning has a tear
- Hood vent is not broken, it just needs to be put back in place (was removed only to fix back splash)

$4,500 OBO. We know that it is a big ask for trailer with no functional bathroom. But before offering, please consider that we spent $2500 to enforce its structural integrity for long-term use. If nothing else, the trailer is strong! lol Thank you!
