Job Description:
The Front Office Supervisor will contribute to the overall success of the hotel by leading and maintaining Guest Services standards for the front office, by anticipating guest needs and providing friendly, efficient, and superior customer service during all guest interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates a superior customer service attitude with internal/external contacts, which includes listening to and understanding the needs of guests; anticipating and addressing guest concerns and requirements; looking for opportunities to exceed guest expectations by providing excellent customer service and escalating issues as necessary.
• Reviews daily arrivals list and checks VIP notes and other special guest requests
• Assist in the management Daily Operations
• Monitors the quality of work and provides feedback on the degree to which operational standards are met.
• Communicates goals to others, including team members, other departments etc.,
• Liaise with the Front Office, House keeping and other departments to ensure product development, operational procedures.
• Maximize revenue by optimizing reservations scheduling and systems.
• Work in a tight knit environment with all other departments to ensure seamless customer experience from Arrival to Departure
• Be on call during designated times for front desk needs day and night.
• Other duties as required.

What you will bring to the team:
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in the hospitality industry. House keeping operations experience considered an asset.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exemplary guest service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Strong foundations of accounting and record-keeping practices (i.e. Cash handling, daily sales reconciliation).
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, and a calm and capable demeanour.
• Competent level of IT proficiency.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Highly Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
• Experience dealing with fast-paced customer-service environments.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights with minimal supervision.
